I greatly enjoyed the hotel overall. I had a wonderful stay for a really enjoyable holiday. the location was fantastic, right next to the beautiful Four Mile Beach, and within easy walking distance to the town, wharf, bars, restaurants. It truly is a gem in Port Douglas!

Make sure to get apartment with a comfortable bed and lovely views. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge are a nice touch...

I had a very enjoyable stay for a really enjoyable holiday and I'm glad I chose this place. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. the room was large and tidy, offering an incredibly beautiful view over the pool and towards the beach.

The room was spacious and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed. It included a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. the staff was excellent and friendly, always ready to assist. the hotel enjoyed a great location, just a short distance from the swimming beach, the town center, and various activities and cafes.

The service here is outstanding, and there’s plenty of parking available. the room has been recently updated and has great views of both the park and the sea. Plus, all the staff are super efficient and really helpful. 😊.

This location provided a special place to stay close to shopping opportunities, and the modern room had a cozy bed and clean facilities.

Great location, near 4 Mile Beach and main street. Spacious rooms with lovely balcony views. Quiet and peaceful at night. Friendly and attentive staff. Fully equipped kitchen and amenities. Affordable and comfortable. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing time at the beachside accommodation. The apartment was spacious, clean and cool, and we loved spending time on the generous balcony surrounded by beautiful trees. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the town. The manager, Tony, was friendly and the gardens were well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway.

Great value for money , the apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. the location was also fantastic, with just a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the balcony , it was a great spot to sit and have a drink or breakfast.

The pool was disappointing , it was smaller and not as clean as I would have liked. the stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those with mobility issues.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location amongst the palms was absolutely stunning, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere throughout my entire stay. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, particularly Tony and Helen who were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a washing machine and dryer, making my stay even more convenient and comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We loved staying at this hotel in a great location, just one block from the gorgeous beach and a short walk to the top of the shopping strip where we found fantastic restaurants. The facilities were spotless and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt safe and enjoyed our time here.

This lovely apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful beach that has excellent surf. the unit is also conveniently situated in the city center, near a park, and several shopping centers. the apartment boasts modern and comfortable fixtures, a well-equipped kitchen, and sparkling clean interiors, making it feel like a home away from home.

Some of the amenities on the property may not appeal to everyone's preferences.

During our Christmas stay in this hotel, we enjoyed two key aspects: the location and the spaciousness of our apartment. The hotel was located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made it very convenient for us to explore the area. our apartment was spacious enough for our family, providing us with plenty of room to move around. it was well-equipped and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay.

We did experience some negative aspects during our stay. The first apartment we were assigned to was in desperate need of renovation and repairs.
